Jordan was born and raised in Boulder, and learned how to bartend in Seattle after graduating from the University of Washington. While she was an English major and is a published author, her heart and soul lie in the hospitality industry and she has worked at a few distilleries and fun bars in both Washington and Colorado. Jordan is currently running the program at Nora’s, a speakeasy in Louisville (and the town’s best-kept secret), where she relishes using bizarre ingredients and fun flavor pairings to elevate experiences in Nora’s cozy basement lair.
