Jarmel Doss is a Chicago native who began her hospitality career while attending the University of Chicago, where she was pursuing her degree in biochemistry. After years behind the stick working in bars throughout Chicago, her path led her to the Aviary in the West Loop’s Fulton Market District.
Through all of that, Jarmel was also fiercely focused on competing and won multiple titles, including first place in Chicago Stars, third place in Shake It Up National Classic, and was Top 10 in Diageo presents World Class for two consecutive years.
