Farah-Jane Jean Pierre, founder of Fritay Haitian Cuisine food truck, was born and raised in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Together with her husband Francois Zannou, Farah-Jane travels with their food truck, providing traditional Haitian street food to the Denver Metro area; they also cater different types of events.
As a family-owned business, Farah-Jane and Francois pride themselves on being able to diversify the Denver food scene with their unique Caribbean flair.
