Josh Niernberg is a fourth-generation Colorado native, chef, snowboarder, and restaurateur. He and his wife/partner Jodi are the owners and operators of Bin 707 Foodbar, Jojo’s Dinette, and Tacoparty in Grand Junction.

With his restaurants, Josh’s mission has been to explore, promote, and create regional cuisine unique to the Southwestern United States, Colorado as a region, and the Western Slope, also home to Colorado Wine Country. Josh is a three-time James Beard Foundation Award nominee for both Outstanding Chef and Best Chef: Mountain region. He has been a member of Slow Food, the Good Food 100, James Beard Foundation Smart Catch, and was a contributor to Zero Foodprint from 2019-2023.

When not in his restaurants, Josh can be found snowboarding, skateboarding, and mountain biking with Jodi and their two boys.
