2014 Cocktail and Culinary Competition: Tiki Tiki Tiki

In Celebrating Denver Food and Wine’s 10 year anniversary, Colorado Restaurant Association Education Foundation and Heroes Like Us bring you Tiki Tiki Tiki, Denver’s remixed urban oasis.

Bartenders all across the world are actively restoring the integrity of tropical drinks and reviving the culture of tiki cocktails. Now on Thursday September 4th, Denver’s most talented bartenders will have a venue to showcase the best tiki cocktails they have ever created, complete with the most elaborate garnishes, rare tropical ingredients, and outright competitive nature in determining Denver’s authority on umbrella cocktails.

We have assembled chefs from Denver’s most celebrated patios. Chefs will bring the best of their patio menu tasters to win over the Tiki tastebuds in a fun and inspiring culinary competition. Snacking under the sun just got serious. Competitors List to be announced soon!

Tiki Tiki Tiki will be held at the pop-up known as RiNo Beach Club! It features a sandy beach, luxury cabana seating, and an endless (and growing) amount of tropical features! We can’t wait to see you at Denver’s most tropical event of the season.
